What exactly is a CheapEC2 sub-account?
A fully isolated AWS account under our consolidated billing, with high vCPU quotas pre-applied and prepaid balance funding. You sign in with your own credentials and use the standard AWS console.
How much can I save compared with AWS on-demand pricing?
Discounts are tiered by family: T3 15%, T4g 20%, M5 23%, C7g 25%, C6in 30% and R5 35% off the reference on-demand price. Higher-spec families carry deeper discounts.
Are the reference prices current AWS on-demand prices?
They are indicative us-east-1 Linux rates as published by AWS at the time of writing and may change. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.
Do you offer GPU instances?
Yes, GPU instance types are available on request with the same prepaid, high-quota model. Contact us with your requirements.
Quotas & account access
How do the quotas work on new accounts?
Fresh AWS accounts start with low vCPU ceilings per family and region. Our sub-accounts arrive with high quotas already applied, so C6in, R5 and GPU instances are selectable immediately.
Which regions do you support?
All major AWS regions. Tell us which ones you need and we pre-apply quotas there.
Is my workload isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every sub-account is a separate AWS account with its own console, IAM, VPC and credentials.
Can I use my own AMIs and VPC?
Yes. Each sub-account is a full AWS account with console, IAM, VPC and credential access — run your own images and network stack.
Billing & payment
Do I need a credit card?
No. Fund your balance with USDT, crypto or local bank transfer. Your card is never required or stored.
How is usage billed?
Per-second metering deducted from your prepaid balance. Monthly estimates on this site use 730 hours.
What happens if my balance runs out?
We warn you before your balance gets low. Instances stop or you top up first — spend is bounded by your balance.
Can I withdraw unused balance?
Yes, unused balance can be withdrawn or carried to future usage per our terms.
Commitment & flexibility
Is there any long-term commitment?
None. There are no 1–3 year Savings Plans or reserved terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
How is this different from an AWS Savings Plan?
A Savings Plan locks pricing for 1–3 years. Here you get tiered discounts on demand with no term, no upfront payment and the freedom to stop or resize anytime.
Can I use the service for short-term or burst workloads?
Absolutely. Launch for a day or a weekend, stop when done, and pay only for the seconds you actually used.
